Let the Mountains Move You

Valemount means The Valley In The Mountains and is situated between the Rocky Mountain Range, The Monashee Mountain Range and The Cariboo Mountain Range. Valemount is also close to the Fraser River, the North Thompson River, the McClennen River and Swift Creek flows right through town.

Valemount and Area has a wonderful variety of outdoor activities. There are many opportunities for walking, hiking, canoeing, fishing, quading, snowmobiling, whitewater rafting, bird watching and chances to see wildlife. It is a great Outdoor Enthusiast's destination.
